Bama Gal: This shirt is soft, comfy, loose fitting, and has just enough stretch that it doesn't cling to your body. The fit is true to size. I wear a XXL and that is what I ordered. It fits perfectly.

Athena: Construction-wise, the tunic in the ''Floral White'—print is well-made (as were all the tops I ordered over a period of days) with perfectly set-in sleeves and no puckers at the neckline, seams, & hem. So I'd be thrilled with this top if the roses in this print were like I see on my screen—rather than the screaming orange & yellow roses that arrived—because the Medium fit as Amazon recommended is perfect and it's very flattering & comfortable, too, thanks to the fabric's spandex.

I have more roundness in the back of my torso than the front which works with this top which hangs straight down in both areas. The gathering, starting a few inches in from the sides where the front attaches to the yoke, achieves the floaty-ness, but because the fabric is so soft there's no unwanted fullness at that seam, just soft, flat gathers. I'll be purchasing another top or two in a different print, so I have no trouble recommending it as long as you realize the roses in full bloom aren't subtle.
