Kristina: I was excepting these shorts to have a identical, full short shaped lining, but they have a bikini panty built in instead. I *specifically* buy swim shorts because of how bikini bottoms bother me due to the way they fit my rear end.

Massive VPL (“visible panty line”) with these shorts, so nasty for someone who wanted the sleek look of shorts and not to have my glutes and thighs bisected and made to look like sausages. So disappointed. Sadly I desperately needed them for a scheduled event and couldn’t return them, so I just cut out the elastic around the panty leg holes to reduce the pretty severe restriction around my nether region.

I have a slim, athletic build with barely any “junk in the trunk”, measurements are 35-26-35, and the size small fit wonderfully, if not for the constricting built in briefs.

Ms. Petrina N. Bradbrook: I wouldn't describe them as faux denim (that is actually off putting!). They are perfect for kayaking, fit really well. I am normally a size 8/10 and ordered medium.

Laura: These fit sooooo good! Don’t ride up or fit balloon like or tight. Really nice. I took one star off due to the liner “for your protection” us ladies are familiar with in swimsuits. I don’t know what kind of super glue this thing is put on with but, good luck getting it off. Washed the shorts AFTER scrubbing with dish soap and still sticky. Took rubbing alcohol on a rag to it—nope. Still sticky. Hopefully a super thin liner will be doable because it just ain’t comin off. Sticky as all hell. 🤨

TX_ERnurse: I ordered two sizes in these based on the reviews. I'm normally a size 18 so I ordered XXL and XXXL. The XXL seem a little tight, but not too bad - they have more of "swimsuit" feel about them. They do roll down a little at the waist - but that is where I carry most of my weight. The XXXL fit really nice. They aren't too loose nor too snug. I don't know how they will do while swimming but I'm keeping both pair and trying them out on an upcoming trip. For the price though, you can't really go wrong. I would order up a size just to be safe.

Liz: Omg, These are soooo incredibly comfortable. I was soooo nervous when choosing the size. I read some people say that they ran small, and others that said they fit just fine. I am only 5"2 and 180 lbs. I carry most of my weight in my stomach, but my thighs and hips are on the smaller size. I went with the size I normally wear and said a hail mary lol. It worked, because I slipped them on, and they fit beautifully. And they aren't too short - they are just right! I even received compliments and was asked where I got them. I did a lot of research before buying these, and these are definitely the best value for the price. They don't fall down when swimming, and don't weigh a lot when you get out. They are harder to dry off than the average bathing suit, primarily because there's excess fabric which holds water, and it's hard to wring it out when it's on you. But nothing I said would stop me from buying these again in a hearbeat. I love them.

Grey: These are as described and true to the pictures, and fit very well. I wear size 16 in leggings so bought the 16/18 size.
The waist cord seems strong and should stop them slipping when wet. There is no inner lining but I got them to wear over a swimsuit that has the bum part thinnning. The legs are quite loose (as the pricture shows) so I'm not sure I would feel "secure" wearing them with nothin under them in the water. Still a good price and they fit well. The material is like thin swimsuit material and they are well made.
