If you are small breasted, with a smallish rib cage, and you haven't had your breasts sag too far or migrate toward your pits, this is a great little bra. If you aren't, then this will flatten you out. I have small, non saggy, pit migrated breasts on an oversized ribcage.
I'll still use this as a trainer, but not for general wear.

If I could write this product as an zero I would I wear a 34C and this did not hold up my chest at all it didn’t even stick on correctly or give it the left as it appears on the pic. I would not buy this product save your money and get something else I seriously wasted my money on this merchandise.

Worked perfectly fine. I needed it for a dress read some reviews that were not as great when you are trying to purchase an item online, however it worked just fine danced the night away and I had no issues. Will purchase again in the future:)
