Sarah Zern: I can’t stand a low bun in my neck, but living in Florida I needed a good beach/ water park hat that allowed me to pull my hair up. I tried a different version of this hat but returned it because I could tell it would blow off if the wind caught it. This has two features that prevents that: a removable, adjustable neck lanyard and a ribbon that ties the hat together in the back (it reinforces the Velcro attachment).
I only gave this four stars because I wish the neck lanyard was the same color as the hat. I bought this in black first and so was pleased with the black lanyard. But I ordered this one and got the same black lanyard!

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: This women’s Sunhat is amazing! It is a sturdy hat and the design has been thought out. I love that you can tighten or loosen the hat. Many times sun hats take up a lot of space, but this rolls up so it is perfect when you travel! I saw many women holding their sun hat on vacation and I had mine in my suitcase which made traveling with this so easy. This is one of my favorite features.

The hat is not too floppy either. It doesn’t fall in your eyes but has a nice flow to it and is sturdy. This hat also comes with a detachable chin strap and this has come in handy when it is windy. If I did not have this one then my hat would have flown off my head.

My favorite feature about this is that it’s like a visor. I can wear my hair up or down and still wear this hat!

I highly recommend this hat. It’s adjustable, provides protection from the sun, rolls up to be portable, and is very stylish.

mpmmpm: I love this visor! It looks very nice on with a big, wide brim to keep the sun off my face. It is very well constructed and seems to hold its shape nicely. The stitching is well done and shows that this is a quality item. The attached ribbon stays tied and makes a very pretty bow. You can roll it up and put it in a pocketbook or bag, then just unroll and you have a beautiful visor! I chose the natural color to go with anything. I can wear it mowing the lawn, at the beach, or to a Sunday afternoon wedding. It looks good with any style. Inside, there is a band to help the visor keep its shape and fit. It is easily adjusted to fit any size head. Just tie it as tight or loose as you like! No more headaches from a too-small hat! And because it is a visor and not a hat, it will not mess up your hair! Plus, it is much cooler than a full hat because air can escape and not leave you a sweaty mess. There is also a detachable, adjustable chin strap/string that can help keep it from blowing off your head if it is windy.
