Amazon Customer: This coat is pretty warm. I can see this working for when I'm running errands in the winter and the short walk from the car to work. I'm only taking a star off because it doesn't have a hood. Yes, I knew this when I bought it so maybe it's unfair to do so but that's what is keeping this from being a perfect coat. Just wear a hat you might say. The giant mop of curly hair I have doesn't allow me to just wear hats so I usually rely on hoods in super cold weather. I will probably keep this in my car for when soccer and baseball games are a bit too cold for my liking. But the price was right so it made sense to keep it.

Q Perry: When I found this coat, I absolutely loved it. It was lightweight but kept me warm. Unfortunately one of the pockets tore very easily when it got caught on something. I ordered another and hoping it will hold up longer. The second one seems to be more brown in color, in comparison to the first one which was more butterscotch in color.

Amazon Customer: Beautiful coat, lightweight and fluffy. Nice to have the pockets lined. It does run rather large. I bought this as a gift for someone who is 5' 1 and 120 pounds. I ordered a medium to allow for a sweater or bulky clothes but it was more like a large on her. The photo shows the coat is about knee lenght and on her it went to her ankles. The zipper is full lenght so it was difficult to unzip when it went so low on her. The color was a bit off from what I expected, to me it looked more pink/peach but when I got it to me it seemed a bit more orangey than pinkish. Overall a nice coat for the price, it just didn't fit right for a smaller/shorter person, but I would recommend it, just not for us

Alicia: Sizing isn’t really true to size, so keep that in mind. I usually wear a size XXL/18 in clothing, so I ordered xxl. But it seems a little larger than I expected, so I could have gone with XL and been fine. I’m wearing it more for function than fashion, so I’m not really that concerned about how the fit is.
I purchased this coat for walking the dog and taking the kids out when it’s cold. I needed something that would cover more of my legs. I was pleasantly surprised to see how long it really is in person. It really helps keep my entire body nice and warm. I actually got it when it was on a limited sale, so I purchased for less than half the regular price. And I was expecting it to not be the best quality, but it’s really good for the price I got it for. The only thing I notice is the zipper is a little funny sometimes, but it seems like it will hold up, so I’m not to worried about it.
I highly recommend this coat if you’re on a budget looking for a long winter coat. Even at the full price, it’s a much better price than most of the comparable ones I found.

Nancy Bjorgo: Just received this coat and it seems pretty substantial for keeping the winter wind and temperatures away from you. Particularly if you want to wear a hat with it. The zipper is fine; the insulation is puffy. Two outer pockets seem to be fleece-lined. You could go for a walk, sit somewhere awhile and this coat would be fine. I particularly noticed that the top shoulder seams are reinforced with tape or under-stitching which will help keep the shape of such a big puffy coat.
