Jan Peddicord: I wanted to replace my cotton shorts and these are perfect. The length is good - not too short, nice modest length. The all cotton fabric is perfect in our desert summer 118 degrees. Wash, dry and wear. Could iron touch up but not necessary. As usual Lands End delivers!!

Sunshine Girl: I ordered these in Crisp Peach, size 20 plus. The fit is true to size, but generously cut; sizing up would make the hip area look bulky with extra material and sizing down may not fit the waist even with an elastic waistband. The material is soft, but stiff/crisp in that it doesn’t wrinkle/crease much after sitting. The length is as pictured, which I like because they’re long enough not to ride up when I walk and short enough to still look stylish. My only issue is that the material, at least in the Crisp Peach color, is thin and see through. The thinness doesn’t bother me as much because that’s what keeps them cool and comfortable, but you can see the lines of both the front and back pockets as well as the color of my underwear. I won’t be able to tuck in shirts or wear cropped/shorter length shirts and sweaters with these. I’ll only be able to wear flowy shirts and sweaters that come down low on my hips, hence the 3 stars.

Christy: Comfy & cute. Fit true to size probably could have sized down but was unsure of sizing. The material is a bit heavy for shorts but still great. Love that they are pull on elastic waist but still look very tailored.
