LW Clark: I bought these leather Keds to wear on trips this spring and summer, but the soles are so thin, I feel every bump in the sidewalk. They definitely won't do for the cobblestone streets of Europe or the gravel paths of Alaska. They are great for wearing to the mall or anywhere with perfectly smooth surfaces to walk on. They are cute and otherwise comfy. I am disappointed that the soles are so thin.
