They have generous well-fitted pockets, an elastic waist backed up with a drawstring tie and most importantly, simple single-elastic closure at the ankle. No extended fabric ankle cuffs which are so hard to avoid these days.
I got these in a small, am 5' tall/105 lbs. and they're unsurprisingly on the long side for me, but fit perfectly otherwise. Very happy!

Pat White: These pants are nice, they're soft, but they are NOT "fleece lined." They're not lined with anything. The description is very misleading.

The pants fit well and are comfortable to wear around the house, but are not "thick" "sweatpants" as advertised. I'm a little disappointed that I won't be able to wear them for the intended purpose.
