Kindle Customer: I bought a 8.5 wide. I thought the foot part was going to be wide, but it is the calf part that is wide. Fits nicely over my feet with thin socks. A bit large around my calves, but I do intend to tuck in my jeans into the boot, so I will probably keep the wide size. The color and detailing on the leather is nice, and the heal is low enough for these to be practical with outside work.

Mother of boys: So I’ve been checking these boots out for 2 years, because of the price I wanted to make sure these were the ones.. I finally bought me a pair. These are so perfect ! I’m glad I purchased them. I normally wear and 8 1/2 in reg shoes but in boots I get a 9, after talking with customer service at the Dublin store I ordered a 9 1/2. Glad I did cause they fit perfectly. The quality and style , the feel and color are all spot on ! Totally happy I bought these. Can’t wait for winter / rain now.

J Wither: I really love this boot. It fits great in the foot but is a little loose in my calf it would be nice if they had a slender version on the top.

I guess I could tuck my pant leg into the top of the boot in the winter and it would fit better. Which is probably exactly what I'll do.

Other than that they seem to be waterproof and very stylish and super comfy

Fennec Fox: Okay so I already have a pair of Dublin boots (the Husk model) and I wanted another pair. These are sold out EVERYWHERE and won't be restocked for months due to Covid.

I found them available on Amazon through OneStopEquineShop. Now, this vendor has mixed reviews. They have a history of having things listed as in stock that no one else has, but once the order is placed, they don't actually have it in stock and it takes months to get the item. This has happened to me in the past as well as many others, per the reviews online. Honestly I would not order from that company directly. I only ordered because I had the protection of going through Amazon for them.

These shipped within a day or so of placing my order, and they just arrived today. They're nice boots--comfortable, nice looking, good quality. I will say these are NOT winter boots. They have a thin lining but they are not a heavily insulated boot. My Husks are much warmer. You can definitely wear thick wool socks with these and you will stay warm, but if you're outside all day in the bitter cold, I'd look at one of the Dublin winter models instead of these.

JKL: What looks like a dream boot falls a bit short thats why 4 stars. They do run small for sure, so you want to size up at least a half a size larger... I say at least because a half size larger is probably closer to your actual shoe size and if you wear socks and especially thicker socks you will want a full size larger. I am 5'9 and weigh about 147, I wear a size 9 shoe, and my foot is average to slim. I ordered a 9.5 and they are a bit tight in the foot and toe area, so more like an actual size 9, and not much room for socks and no room for thicker socks. The upper calf part of the boot is quite roomy and the area above the ankle as well, they are very easy to slide on and off for an average to slim leg. But if your foot is any wider than average or your calves are larger than average I'd order the wider version for sure. The sole is thick and durable with a nice separation between the sole and the heel and a decent heel height, so they are fine for riding too. I wish the sole was a bit more flexible and had a bit better padding on the insole (like memory foam would be amazing!) and that the leather boot top was a bit more roomy, but Im hoping that they will give a bit when they...

Glasgow Girl: These were recommended to me by the instructor at my dog agility school, who swore by hers for dog walking in all weather. Neither of us could afford the infinitely more expensive Du Barry boots, and she found these to be just as good. Talking with my friends who enjoyed horse riding, these also came highly recommended, so I took the plunge.

I have narrow feet and slightly wider than usual calves, so finding these boots, which accommodated that, was such a relief. There's a handy calf measurement guide on the Dublin website, which I recommend you consult to ensure you get the right fit. I was surprised to find my calves were classed as extra wide by Dublin. Maybe horse riders just have slimmer legs the dog walkers? However, it still took me two goes to get the right foot size. I'm normally a 7. In every other brand of footwear I own, I'm a 7. I ordered a 7 in these, and they came up small. Not massively small, and I could just about have worn regular cotton socks with them, but my toes were touching the ends, so thicker socks would have been a no go. I sold them on, and ordered a size 8, which was a much better fit, and meant I could wear my thicker socks with...
