May run a tad small. Xl fits like a smaller large. I'm 5'6 and 165 pounds xl worked good for me, as a tighter fit.
If you like a loose top go up 2 times.
The cape was a cute added touch. I got lots of compliments for hero day at work. I think you will enjoy this fun tshirt.

Ashley Crumbley: I love this shirt, it's perfect for an office Halloween party. The cape is a really cute addition and is the perfect size in my opinion. I also bought the knee high socks to match and they look really cute together. Believe the reviews, the shirt runs small. I bought a M and it fits like a S, almost like an XS. If this wasn't a last minute buy, I would've returned for a L.

Jennifer Fasy: This shirt definitely runs small. I am usually a large, I bought an Xlarge, and I wished I bought a 2X. The Xlarge fits but it's snug, and I rather it to be comfortably worn. The print is like any other T-shirt, and the quality of the material is regular as well. The cape is just plain red with no symbol, and it connects with velcro. I was kind of hoping for the Wonder Woman decal on the cape or the bottom lined with stars, or something on the cape instead of being plain red. This shirt will do its purpose as a Halloween costume, and if I would have bought a size up I think I would have rated it higher. Oh, the headband is not bad and seems pretty comfortable.

L: The sizing was perfect. Simple, but fun costume and it worked for the super hero day. The head piece was comfortable, wore it the whole day and never got itchy.
