Women's Dash 3 Walking Shoes - Lightweight & Breathable for All-Day Comfort

Mom of 3: I've never bought shoes specifically for walking- I've always just used old cross-trainers. But I walk multiple times a week, anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour, and my feet were starting to hurt in my old trainers. These shoes have made all the difference in the world! My feet are supported, especially my heel and arch, and they don't hurt anymore. And because my feet are supported, I can walk even further than I have been. and it feels less laborious. I highly recommend these shoes.

Heather Finlinson: I love these shoes! The color is cute, they are comfy and fit perfect! I’ve been wearing Ryka’s for over 10 years to teach Zumba. They are great! They hold up and are super company for at least six months. I try to change out my shoes every six months but you could definitely wear them longer because they were last.

Marian Minor: Shoe fits fine, I just have problems with my feet. Nothing is a great fit. However, I am able to wear these shoes for about 2-3 hours before having to take them off.

NancyKim: This is now my fifth pair of these shoes. I always ordered 9 Wide and they fit perfectly. However, this time it was big on my heel so I ordered an 8 1/2 Wide. They are also large on the heel but tighter at the ball of the foot. It seems they are now making the wide shoes wide all over. In the past the wide was wide at toe box and ball but the heel was normal. So whether these will work for you depends on if your foot is wide all over, or like mine, only wide at the ball of the foot.

Ayant des pieds ultra large, il est très difficile pour moi de trouver des espadrilles féminin à ma taille. (Je devais allez section homme avant) Mais j'ai osée, essayer la marque Rykä et HO! que je ne regrette pas le confort. À la réception du colis, une semelle interne était mal positionnée mais facile à replacer, et la semelle c'est adapté à mon pied. J'adore la semelle extérieur rigide. Les lacets je les trouves un peu de basse qualité. Mais je recommande vraiment pour les femmes ayant des pieds larges.

Anita: The shoe looks exactly as it does in the image. Choose your size carefully. Though this isn't my usual US/UK size (US6/UK4), the size chart given is absolutely correct, so I followed it and got my exact size - 7, M, US. Don't look for beauty in this shoe - this will not make your foot look noticeably cute or dainty (not that it's a bad-looking shoe - it has great finish, quality and detail, but it's slightly bulkier than my normal sports shoe and the design isn't to my usual spartan taste). But for ergonomic styling, comfort and balance, I'd say these are excellent. I have small feet, a high arch, pronounced pronation and plantar fasciitis, so comfort matters a great deal. Features like the narrow cupping heel, padded interior, arch support and volume at the inner foot make all the difference when walking. This brand designs shoes specifically for women, and I'd definitely recommend this pair to anyone looking for a great walking shoe. How long it lasts remains to be seen, so I'll probably update this review sometime in the future.
