my feet absolutely killed me. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to wear them longer than 2-3 hours max unless you are just immune to these type heels. Idk?

HollyWattsHollyWatts: So let's start by acknowledging that these cowgirl boots were made to quality, no lie. However, they do run a bit snug across the foot, [the area before the toes; refer to pic]. And they fit snug as to being able to wear thin socks with them if you are truly true to size. And if you have WIDE FEET, I suggest a whole size bigger. I have no complaints regarding the make, style, or quality of these show stoppers, with the exception that the heel for me could be a bit taller; (personal preference of course). My only serious complaint is the shoe box. Why squeeze my knee-high, well constructed, blingy cowgirl boots into a standard sized shoe box?? They cost enough for you to have invested in a lengthier box for my boots to lay out and breathe. But I'm in love with them nonetheless. EDIT [after wearing]:: I stand by my snug fit comments however, I must say they are a comfortable snug, and I wore them wih thin ankle socks. I wore them to a baby shower given at a park recreation room, and did a lot of walking through the park (to break them in), and I must admit I didn't feel the need to wear any flats throughout use. Buy your real size.

Maria: I was amazed at the quality of these boots. They were gorgeous and well made. However, the heel is just a little too high for my job at a local college. A 3 1/2 or 4 inch heel would have been perfect. These are a 4 1/2 inch heel.
