Thao Tran: I absolutely love these! They give me an extra layer on my hand when I’m doing pull ups. Keeps my hands from being ripped up, and it doesn’t take away my grip on the bar. Love them. Some of my friends don’t like them because their hands get sweaty and they don’t stick, but my hands don’t sweat, and they stick to me very good. Almost too good! But I don’t suggest if you have sweaty hands because they’ll crinkle up and won’t work good for you.

Eleanor Steven: Easy to apply. I do trapeze at an outdoor rig in the summer and it’s pretty hot. I can’t quite figure out how best they can be used. They start bunching up and then peeling off after a few swings on the trapeze.

Bethany: I will never use the bar again without these! I haven't had a big tear or blister since using underneath my leather bear komplex grips (note: I think it's important to use both. Neither seem to work 100% on their own for T2B, pull-ups, etc. but work really well together). Only minor issue is that the grips do slide and bunch up on my palms over time but not enough to be a big issue. I recommend applying with the glue 10-15 minutes before you get sweaty and/or start working out. Any time I don't wait, they slide around quite a bit. Also, be warned, if you use the glue, you will be left with a wild, sticky, black mess on your hands- easily removed with oil though. Again, pros 100% outweigh the cons and major hand rips!

Kip R.Kip R.: Right off the bat I think this is a great product. I do Ninja Warrior competitions and the need for minimalist hand protection that doesn't interfere with the feel of the bars or obstacles in your hand is pretty high. There aren't a lot of solutions out there for what we do. during workouts it's really common to have to cut your workout short because your hand skin is in pain or about to rip. After trying these out in a quick series I found out that the sticky grips don't work well with my hairy arms. And I'll take this opportunity to say that I think that the stickiness of the tapes is pretty great it's definitely high-quality and not something cheap. But physics matter and the hair wins, so I modified it a little bit and just tied it on top of my wrist which you can see in the picture. After that problem is taken care of, I really like the texture on the tape it provides just enough friction so that it's really smooth on the bars. The other people that I have had try it all say the same thing that it doesn't really affect how they do anything so it's a great product. It's definitely extended the amount of time I can get work in on obstacles.

Amazon Customer: Brilliant. Hands kept tearing during rig work and was affecting how often I could train. Now with these wod n done I can train much more frequently and my hands are not sore. Wish I had known about them years ago! My pull ups have vastly improved now.
