sarah lewis: These work so well to help my daughter with her gymnasts wrists and still allow her to practice her skills. Just make sure you don’t use them for too long and develop weak wrists but these are great to help start back a bit earlier after an injury.

CME: My daughter has been able to continue gymnastics nearly pain free in her wrists with using her tiger paws over the last year. She does not use any of the inserts, just the tiger paws themselves provide enough support for her. She is in gym 6 hours a week and they have been a life saver for her. I would say she is due for a new pair as hers are very broken in from using them 3 days a week for over a year.
