Laura: These functionally do the job. It's a direct screen replacement over the area you have a tear or rip. However, the ring of adhesive around the outside edge is really visible, so the patch is clearly seen. Don't use this on a screen you'll be looking at a lot.
5 stars for function but 3 because it looks bad.

Mr. JMr. J: Yes the adhesive is tricky to get off, but the adhesive is just so great! I used to have a plastic screen taped down with masking tape and it always came off. Stink bugs are horrible here and always come through the unit. This was a great solution! Recommend!

Wenderella: I use these to cover the holes in the bottom of my closet pots. Usually, I use fiberglass window screen that I cut into rounds, but these I can use in holes that are in odd places as well. They stick great. I did have to cut them apart myself but that was no big deal. After that, just leak the white backing off and stick. Real time saved for me.
