MS: Reducing to 2 stars (from the 5 I originally gave it)
This mouse worked well at first, but when I started working from home 3 months ago on a Windows 10 laptop and tried to use it 8 hours a day 5 days per week, it didn't hold up. It disconnects frequently (sometimes several times in a day) and the only way to reconnect reliably is to "remove device" and then "add" it again. This is very inconvenient; lately it has even started asking for a PIN to re-connect (0000 works). I would not buy this again and if I can't get into my office to get the wireless mouse I use there, I will buy a bluetooth mouse made by HP like my last one from 2014 (which was not available when I got this one but is now). Very disappointing. It is OK (though not "great" ) when it is working but I don't have time to unpair and re-pair every day, let alone multiple times in a day, when I am trying to work.
Original review: I have NEVER bought a sub-$30 mouse until now. It will be interesting to see how it holds up, but my initial reaction is entirely positive. No problems connecting to Bluetooth on my laptop. Fits my hand just as I had hoped. Did not have to make any adjustments to responsiveness,...

Wes D.Wes D.: I was originally searching for a Bluetooth mouse that recharges using USB-C simply because I have USB-C cables readily accessible these days. These came up in my search but they are micro-USB recharging connections. They were "sponsored" listings so I guess that's how they got mixed in. I was ready to send these back to Amazon (I ordered 2, one for Pixelbook [white] and one for work Win7 laptop [silver]) but once I paired one and starting using it, I really enjoyed the look and feel and smoothness of operation. Bluetooth seems to work really well, about 2 seconds max delay when waking from sleep (I don't turn them off - trying to test battery life...so far I haven't run one dead yet but it's only been a week). Love the DPI button but this will most likely be a "set and forget" feature. I didn't want to have a USB dongle any more so that's what really prompted these purchases and they really fit the bill. For the low price and functionality, I can live with the micro-USB charging. I can honestly recommend these as long as they keep functioning like they do so far!
One small hiccup I guess...I have large hands and tend to click on the outer edges of the mouse buttons, which...

Duane A. Priest: I bought this mouse to replace a failed Microsoft Arc mouse that I use with my Acer Spin SP111-32N 11.6" notebook. While I loved the Microsoft product, the mouse button finally wore out, and I couldn't see spending $50+ for a Bluetooth version when there are other thin, ergonomic products available.
I didn't immediately realize that this was a rechargeable mouse when I ordered it. The fact that it is and that I use it when travelling is something of a plus... I don't have to worry about being out of town and having a dead battery become a problem. The mouse is lightweight but sturdy, the buttons are nicely tactile and I love the wheel function. I don't make use of the DPI selector... I always use it at "low" resolution and have had no need to change it.
I like using a mouse rather than a touchpad for several reasons... my notebook is small, with only an 11.6" display, meaning that the keyboard is compact to begin with. I turn off the touchpad functionality when typing else I find my cursor jumping all over the place. My notebook also has a touchscreen, but that's always difficult to use when editing documents. USB slots are also limited, so having a Bluetooth mouse...

KatKat: I've been using this mouse for about a month and so far I really like it. I've had bad experiences with other Bluetooth mouses that were hard to pair, or they'd constantly lose connection. This mouse has been pretty consistent with battery life, connection, and overall functionality. I had no problem pairing it (make sure you follow the directions). I use this mouse at least 5 days a week while at work, and in the past month, I've only had to charge the mouse twice. I think that's pretty good considering how much I use it. What helps is to switch it off when you're not going to use it. I love that this mouse feels good in my hand, is super quiet, and the clicks feel soft. I don't have any complaints other than I wish the scroll wheel was a little softer/smoother when I scroll, but that's just me being picky. Overall though it's a great mouse.

TheMontereyBay: I am not sure if I am just old school, but I still like a taller mouse compared to this shorter one.
It feels and appears quite cheap. For good reason though... It is really cheap for a bluetooth mouse. At this price point there is no harm in trying. It reacts well and because it is cheaply made it is quite light.
There is a little bit of a quirk that I am still getting use to. It does have something of a sleep mode when not used but it does not wake from movement. Seems to wake by click which has messed up some of my work, but I am getting use to it.
So far so good and well worth the under $20 price tag in my opinion
