YesDearYesDear: This is a nice printer that is fast and easy to use. I tried using their software and it is really nice and does integrate with Woo commerce but it does not have all the features in place. You do have to open it in another window and switch between your commerce page and theirs. I am using it straight from Woo and it works fine. Their customer support is quick and friendly but not always knowledgeable about things outside of their printer and software. For anyone that has a UPS account you can order 4x6 label's in flat or roll form from UPS for free. They work great and look great. I also bought their label holder and it works well.

Alex W: Rollo claims a massive (up to 90%) "Rollo" shipping discount as a centerpiece of their marketing, but it is a lie. They provide NO discount. The carriers offer such discounts directly without Rollo. I have had the USPS commercial discount for years at USPS and that is available to ANY BUSINESS OR INDIVIDUAL that uses the USPS click-n-ship portal or other online method. For example, when I purchased a priority mail flat rate label through Rollo, they charged $8.05 - exactly what is charged through USPS click-n-ship - but Rollo reports a $1.60 savings for that transaction in their ship portal because they compare their price to the retail consumer price if you go into a USPS facility ($9.65). That is not a fair computation for business customers that were printing their labels at work or home - likely most rollo customers. The same is true with the other carriers. For example, a Fedex faq states "If you’re shipping items you sell, you qualify for a business account, no matter the quantity or frequency. That includes selling on platforms like Etsy and eBay. EJS: El software lamentablemente no esta disponible en México solo en EUA, entonces no puedes usar el wifi y solo sería por cable, y para ello el modelo anterior te ofrece lo mismo y es más barato. No deberían ofrecerlo en México hasta que puedas bajar el software en nuestro país.
