Chris: The metal arms are fairly flimsy. But the bigger issue is that after a couple light months of use the wheels are worn down substantially. Will have to replace them soon. The plastic is very cheap low quality not durable. Overall just OK.

Lisa: We were looking for sturdy enough training wheels to last through all 4 of our grandchildren. These fit the bill nicely! Our 3 year old granddaughter was impressed with the vibrant color. She immediately hopped on the bike and headed off down the road to show the neighbors "her new wheels." The training wheels are on a 12 inch bike at present, but my grandchildren are tall for their ages, so may be needing a bigger bike before they outgrow the training wheels. These wheels have A LOT of adjustability and will easily transition to a larger bike if needed. We are very impressed with the quality. They are very sturdy and I particularly noticed there are no sharp edges. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase.
