On the item itself, the wine/liquor storage shelving unit was larger than I expected. It was also taller than I expected, but I like that even more than what I thought I was getting. It's really a nice little bar. My advice is to pay attention to the measurements, and to take out a tape measure to see how tall and wide it actually is.
I had seen other reviews with horror stories about bad parts, and lengthy replacement times. As it turned out, there was one rail that was not properly threaded. It was not possible to fit the parts for the top side over the threaded portion of the rail. I was able to assemble with just one side fastened. Not perfect, but would do until a replacement arrived.
I was surprised by the amount of information they requested for the replacement web form. That said, there were many unique tracking numbers for quality control in the instruction manual. I thought it was interesting the trouble and detail they went to in order to track issues. Manual and form said 7-10 days for replacement parts, but several reviews said it took much longer. VanreaVanrea: I love to soooo much fits right in my living room not to big not to small just righttt so easy to put together when u first get it it looks hard to put together but u don’t even need instructions to put it together it’s just basically common since it took me 20 mins to put it together overall I’m In love with it I got lucky it was on sale for $159 Thankyou so much Amazon you guys lit up my house with this one 😂❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Also the bar is very sturdy and you will not regret buying this item at all

ViVi: Reçu mon bar dans une grosse boîte déchiré et ouverte. Il me manque des pièces. Le verre était intact au moins mais je ne recommande pas pour cette raison.

Amazon Customer: Easy to set up, took me 20 minutes by myself. Seems to be very sturdy and is the perfect size for my nook in the kitchen. Product seems excellent. Only reason it gets 4 stars is the packing. Was this some kind of bet on who can do the most pain in the butt packing job? I’ve seen a drunken monkey pack something better than this. Styrofoam the size of bb’s for packing? Is that some kind of sick, twisted joke? It took me 20minutes to put the bar together and 3 hours and 1/2 bottle of Irish Whiskey to clean up the mess of styrofoam bb’s that went in every crevice of my kitchen. Recommend opening this thing outside and upwind of that neighbor who is NOT your friend. Well played drunken monkey packing guy, well played.

Zach Isbach: This bar is pretty much what you'd expect -- 3 pieces of curved, black, tempered glass and some screw-together legs. It goes together easily -- mostly just by hand, except for the nuts to keep the shelf-back pieces on -- and it looks like 3 glass shelves with chrome tube between them when you're done.
Like most of this glass-and-tube furniture, the glass is held in place by pinching it between two tubes. The tubes are themselves held together by means of a threaded stud and a couple of nuts that have been welded to the inside the ends of each tube. For 8 of the 12 studs required to assemble this bar, the manufacture provides "long" studs which work fine. But for the last 4 they supply and instruct you to use a separate set of "short" studs. Depending on exactly where the nuts got welded into your tubes these shorter studs may or may not be long enough. None of mine were, but if I had rearranged the legs I could probably have gotten one or two to fit.
I just bought my own studs. It's an easy part to find at a hardware store, and they're only a few cents each; I don't understand why the manufacturer skimped out on the last 4 studs -- the longer ones would have fit in...
