Amazon Customer: Love everything about this cabinet except I wish it was made out of solid wood since there is a high Chace it will be getting drinks spoiled in it often! And the drawer would tilt when I put full liquor bottles in it, put a couple extra screws in it and it seems to be fine now

Jill B. Nelson: This bar cabinet is a good value for the price. It is sturdy and attractive and it holds a TON of bottles. Two issues with it. The instructions were not the best. My husband and son, who are both very handy, spent about 2 hours to put it together. Second, the 360 view showed the cabinet to have a wood laminated back. My plan was not to put this cabinet against a wall so that was important to me. Unfortunately, the cabinet came with an unfinished-looking black back. I contacted the seller and they apologized by saying the cabinet does not come with a wood laminated back and is meant to go against a wall. They gave me a discount for the inconvenience as I wasn't about to return a fully assembled cabinet. So it worked out okay but I do have to put it against a wall now.

EmmaEmma: The bar cart looks good once assembled, but the material is very cheap. A piece was broken out of the box but the process to replace it was painless & it arrived within a week. HOWEVER, the piece that arrived was of significantly better quality than what was originally shipped (see picture - right is the initial piece). Think this cart would be 10/10 if it was all made out of the replacement wood. Currently priced high for the material quality/difficulty of assembly.

Assembly was more difficult than IKEA - photos instructions weren’t always clear - but certainly not impossible if you spend the time.

Chris Chartrand: I'm happy with it. It's pretty heavy and sturdy. It looks great. My main complaint is one of the boards was damaged out of the box. It's actually the top part so the damage is visible. I decided to keep it as I didn't want to have to deal with the return. Others have mentioned it showing up damaged. Maybe it's how it's packaged, I'm not sure but seems probable it may show up damaged

David RaganDavid Ragan: I bought this liquor cabinet well knowing that previous purchasers noted how long it took to put together, but still purchased it because I thought it looked great, suited our needs and was at a decent price.

Previous reviewers are correct. I put together furniture fairly frequently from beds to TV stands and have purchased stuff from IKEA, which is known for the number of parts and complicated instructions. The assembly wasn't difficult, but it is time consuming. My girlfriend laid all the various parts out and it took me 3 hours by myself to put it together. There are a lot of screws, bolts, nuts and nails. The manufacturer did their best to make inserting these fairly easily and I have to give it to them for some of their ingenious connectors. The pullout drawer had some misaligned drill holes which when I initially assembled made the drawer not close properly, but I pulled it apart and after 15 minutes of reassembling got it aligned. Nothing major, but shoddy craftsmanship.

Overall I would recommend it as it does look great and it is a good value for what you get. Just be forewarned if you do purchase it, be ready to take some time to assemble it.

1. This is an amazing space saver (my photos dont depict this as I JUST finished putting it together)
2. I purchased a "scratch and dent" version from amazon someone returned and saved nearly 100$!!!! (Paid $160.30 after taxes) Does it look damaged? Absolutely not, not missing pieces and everything looks great!
3. I am a 23yr old female weighing in at 130 and I dragged.. yes dragged this through my apartment building and set it up solo in under an hour and a half. It is possible
4. Directions are straight forward yet they are NOT LABELED so pay very close attention - much easier doing it by yourself rather than 2 people possibly mixing things up.
5. Need a fair bit of space for set up as you wanna make sure it's all there before starting.
6. The large drawer is a tad bit stiff but it should loosen up with use - I also added baby locks to keep my kid out on the cupboard and both drawers
7. It came 4 days earlier than the expected date!

Overall - 5 stars I found it easy to set up and very sturdy if done properly even comes with a wall "anti tip" bracket :) Would totally reccomend if you have some patience

Mark: I put this together about less than a week after getting it in the mail. The box itself was ripped and would of seemed broken, however it was just the box, and luckly the company out a ton of wrap, cardboard and foam in the right places to protect. Though, the strange thing, and why I said product damage in the title, was where the wooden walls of the cabinet was sitting, they were ruined, cracked and chipped. There were no straps holding it down which sometimes would cause the damage I had on my pieces. The ink pen did cover them up enough to where I can look past the damage, but the damage was down by the company, not delivery. As for the strange design choice, the large door/drawer on the left of the cabinet, is very oddly choosen to look and work the way it does. When putting full bottles in the door/drawer, it makes pulling and pushing the door/drawer very rough feeling.

1. Am I happy enough with the cabinet? Yes, as it was under $300 CDN to get it plus delivery, and the size is both cozy enough to not take a ton of room and enough inside room for 2 people's worth of drinking.
2. Would I buy it again? No, I'd likely just save the money a bit more if I knew it was...

Joseph J. Gries: I'm very pleased with this piece. It looks really attractive and is a nice focal point and is very functional at the same time. My only gripe about functionality is I wish they had sent more than two of the wine glass hangers so you could opt to attach more to the shelves for more wine glass storage. Otherwise there's a lot of storage room.

Note, I am a wine snob and I do not store my wine bottles in the front square slots (my wine is stored in a wine fridge at the right storing temperature, and any overflow bottles go in the basement which is the next best thing). Instead I'm using those square slots for tumbler and snifter glasses, which actually ends up looking really cool.

The assembly is not quick but also not difficult, just tedious. With two people it can take 90 minutes like the instructions indicate but will likely end up taking you longer as getting the door and bottom drawer to line up correctly can take a while. I had to make a lot of minor adjustments to get them to line up straight enough.

My biggest complaint is the bottom slide out drawer. The design does not look like it is going to stay aligned over time. The sliding rails are only attached...

Caroline: Update: After some use I will raise my overall rating up a star to 3.5 (round to 4). The bottom left drawer seems to work a bit better with some weight in it. It can hold about 6 handles and 2-3 fifths depending on the shape/size of the bottles, which is better than I expected even after assembling it. Overall the design and storage functionality of this is great, but the installation process is the greatest barrier you will need to overcome.

This piece of furniture is not easy to put together. The directions are not the easiest to follow and small mistakes add extra time. The directions state 2 hours install time for 2 adults. Maybe after doing it 3 times you can do it in 2 hours, but 4-6 hours is more realistic. Definitely much more difficult than your average Ikea piece. JT: I absolutely love this thing. I have been wanting a bar for a long time, and when this came along, it was at the right price, and made in Canada, so I jumped on it!

The package came about 1 week early, so no complaints there, but boy was it heavy! Guess it was due to the good quality Canadian wood...
When I opened the box, I saw the other reason for the weight - so many pieces! Man, it was like a puzzle. I have read some other reviews mentioning this, but I still wasn't ready for all that.

All that being said, the assembly was very straight forward. This thing had one of the best instructions books I have ever seen! All the steps were very methodically laid out, and the assembly was fairly intuitive (once you realize that it will take a while....) The parts themselves were very well designed, in the sense that they will only assemble in one way, so there are virtually no chances the unit can be assembled incorrectly. And same goes for the fasteners. All of them were different enough, and packaged individually, so that one couldn't confuse which hardware to use where.

All that being said, the manual states that the assembly should take 90 minutes; it did...
