These are rugged and if hung with a strong cord , will last several years.
They soak up a lot of scent but don't work as well if it's cold enough that they freeze solid.
If you want to try something equally as good , unused tampons can do the same as these and have a string already tied to them.
These work very well as a cover scent and attractant.
I light two of these at a time , stab them into the ground and cover them with a bucket that I've drilled holes in.
I used a metal bucket and drilled holes about 4 inches from the bottom so the smoke has to fill the bucket before it starts billowing out the bottom.
The bucket will last for years because it wont crack in the extreme cold like plastic.
I highly recommend these !
