Amazon Customer: I’m new to sea moss and let me tell you- this brand has made it an easy journey. I don’t get the negative reviews. I think this brand is legit.
The first few days I did get detox type symptoms. Headache/nausea/ the yucks. Which only happened on the day after I would take the product. I had to recover in between doses. I didn’t have anything else new added to my regiment at the time so I assume the sea moss was doing it’s job and getting something nasty out of me. The detox maybe lasted the first 7-10 times I took it. After that it turned into positive affects. More energy. Happier mood. Etc. Then I stopped take it again because I went out of town and all those positive affects went away. So here I am back to purchase more.

For me the whole bag made almost a full 32 oz jar. I soaked mine with lemon wedges so it tasted like a super light lemon water. The lemon is also a natural preservative so it’ll help it last a little longer.

The 32 oz jar was too much for me to go through in an entire month so I’m going to be using half the bag this time.

Brandie: I have had energy less mucus build up and less inflammation. Making the gel was super easy and turned out perfect!! On my second purchase and subscribing to stay on it. FYI, it makes you eat less too!!! Try it out but you must do it right, spring water soak with limes before you make the gel. The water must cover the moss if you know what your doing, you can't go wrong. Enjoy. And I took wish it was more in the pack but I buy 2 at a time to make it work.

R. Greene: Seems overpriced for what you get. But this is the first time I have ever ordered sea moss. Maybe I don't know what the price per quantity is. With that being said, it's easy to make, soak it overnight, give it a good vigorous scrub then blend it with some water and the butt end off of a lemon to make it smell nice. And it makes a really nice additive for smoothies. Makes them smooth as silk. My girlfriend won't eat it because she made the mistake of smelling the bag before I prepared it. But there is no smell and no flavor. I've only taken it for a week so I can't say much for the health benefits. But I do feel pretty good. I'm sure the benefits are there.
