DA: Probably one should proceed with caution when a price for shrimp is low. Cautions: this tempura either burns or comes out soggy; it is a delicate balance to watch the baking process as the suggested time in the oven is not accurate. The shrimp tastes okay if the tempura (batter coating) is perfectly baked; obviously, soggy or burned is problematic. One might do better to simply order from a fast food franchise.
