lastone48: Just the right texture, not too mushy or too tight, soft and comfortable chew. Yes, an very occasional bit of pit, so always bite with caution. They have been an easy addition to my diet as I get older, maintaining intestinal harmony without pills and such. Oh yes, great price!

Karo: I love the quality of these prunes and getting the 6 small bags. I think this helps to maintain their freshness. I used to buy one large bag at the store, but eventually the prunes dry out as you repeatedly open the bag. Since I found these I always order again as we run out.

V. Goldberg: I was a bit concerned by prior reviews which indicated that you'd have a limited window on the use by date stamp. That was the first thing I checked upon receiving my shipment and was quite pleased to see that I had well over a year to use up this wonderful supply of dried plums. I use them in homemade cereals, smoothies, and breakfast muffins. This is a fantastic buy compared to what I was paying in the local stores. And even better is they have a really good flavor which is another benefit to the hit and miss flavor I was finding in the local stores. I will have no qualms about ordering this item again in the future.
