ragenwolves: I absolutely LOVE this portion size and the mild chunky variety. I don't really use these for chips. I primarily use these as a sandwich spread in lieu of mayo. One portion goes very far, depending on how much a person loves guac. I LOVE it in heaps! It's a good fat, regardless of what your friends try to tell you or themselves. Half of one mini container is plenty for a whole sandwich or one slice of avocado toast with toppings. The full container is more than plenty for a sandwich if you're a guac/avocado glutton like I am, or big avocado toast. For my sandwich I use many breads like Dave's, Arnold's, Nature's Own (I like both their perfectly crafted line and regular), Sarah Lee Artesano, etc (lately I'm loving Dave's Killer bread, thin sliced) or farmers market loaves. Use what YOU LOVE and can afford!
I include fresh greens, tomatoes, cheese, and meat of choice. My personal go-to at the moment is various greens, like gotham greens, spinach, pea shoots, sprouts, or any lettuce for a bright, vibrant crunch, thinly sliced kumato, black forest ham, and havarti (sometimes cream cheese). The sandwich is your oyster!
