jean e. mcc: I needed to start straightening out my diet and I saw this cereal in a discount store. I bought it and loved the taste. Then I started researching and found that the fiber contained and whole grains were really good for my body. Eating this in the morning fills me up till at least noon. I started using it as a natural in my "intermittent fasting" regime which allowed me to start losing weight. More research revealed that maybe one of the reasons I was feeling so much better is that almond skins have been found to be anti-microbial. You have to do your own research on that one. I just know that I eat this every day now and have subscribed to having it delivered by Amazon on a regular basis.

BookToRead: I have never tried the kind granola since I always buy the nature's path granola. Comparing the two, the nature's path granola is way too sweet. The oat and honey is my favorite out of the three. Just got more from the grocery store.

Serious Buyer: I love the product, but... Kind Bars are packaged in a soft cardboard box and for the second time in a row, it was delivered in a soft Amazon package! The first time the box was totally crushed and Amazon compensated me. The second time it was acceptable. AND I KNOW THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE SELLER! It's packaged, mailed and delivered by Amazon! That's why I still give 5 star reviews. But the seller has to tell Amazon to stop causing damage to the product!

AchillesAchilles: As a pack of three it’s worth the price, and when is on sale even better. I created my own version, mixed all three and added some unsweetened cranberries and goji berries, hemp seeds, cinnamon, sunflowers seeds, pumpkin seeds. Plenty of protein and fiber. Tasty breakfast, or snack. Yummy.

Majormike: Tried these and found them to quite my craving for chocolate or sweets. Not a nutritional expert and with oats probably not the best choice but they are crunchy and get me beyond it. Where they are on the glysemic scale I have no idea but are part of my success in lowering my A1c from 7 to 5.3. I have 1 or 2 of the bars a couple times a week.
