abc: I used to buy the roasted, unsalted almonds, but when I realized they were roasted in canola oil, I switched to these. Now I roast my own--Spread nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for about 12 minutes at 350 F, stirring once or twice along the way. Excellent snack or baking/candy ingredient.
