Morton T.: I've had this for about 3 years and it looks and functions pretty much like new. There have been others (Husky, Dewalt, even Leatherman), but they simply don't compare, either on quality or price. Packing 21 tools into one 12 oz., relatively compact device is a great feat, even if 8 of them are bit attachments. It operated somewhat tight at first, but with use, it breaks-in nicely. I like the locking mechanism, it's simple to operate, yet secure. The pliers work well. The handle is comfortable and confident. Overall I would say Wetols offers a high-quality and functional tool at a reason price.

Wendy: I have a thing for knives and multitools, so my family knows they can always keep me happy with a new one. I'm not a snob, they don't have to be a lot of money, just decent quality. I got this one as an early Father's Day gift, and it's a Home Run!

First of all, it's heavy, which some might not like, but I take as a sign of quality. All the tools are tightly secured, and none of them had any wiggling. On the other hand, all of them flipped out of the handle easily, and returned easily to the handle as well. Each side of the handle had a little locking mechanism that kept them from from folding prematurely, yet was easy to use. I have a Leatherman multitool with a locking mechanism that is difficult to operate. I like this one much better, at a fraction of the cost.

Each tool was high quality steel. It has a very sharp knife, a sharp serrated knife listed as a "rope-cutter" and a good saw. The file was thick and deeply cut and looked as good as any quality rasp, with inches and metric units on the reverse. It's got all the usual tools like can/ bottle opener, awl, etc.

Kity: So this is an excellent multi-tool for alot of reasons. It was my first pick when I was looking for a daily driver. I will first write a mini review on every individual tool, then I will write a more macroscopic review.

Starting with the Pliers. The pliers are quite good. They are very thick, I have never been worried about them failing. I will also say that they do not have any exposed spring, and in the 8 months I have owned these pliers, whatever mechanism that is used to keep the jaws open has not weakened even a bit. The teeth are quite solid, and have not received any noticeable damage upon study. Full disclaimer, I have used the pliers the least out of all the tools except the awl. The size at the very tip of the pliers is 35mm. These pliers are not quite as needle nose as one may desire, but when clenched the nose is 2.7x5.3mm rectangle, which is pretty small. The wire-cutters are, in my opinion, the weakest part of the tool as a whole, but will still suffice for a vast majority of tasks. They come quite sharp, and the tool will never shear apart. The jaws of this tool are firmly in place, so if your wire refuses to cut, you will not damage the tool as a whole, only...
