LaurelLaff: It seems like a great heavy duty product, especially for the great price, and it held a ton of stuff, and held up nicely, without a sound as we drove across country to visit family (14 hour drive). But on the way we had driven through a heavy rain storm, and all the bags in the front of the unit got wet. I assume the wind and rain really fought hard to push the water through the zipper. I think it would hold up ok to a milder rain storm. And it was just clothing, so we stuck it in the dryer. One important point though, is to pay attention to the size of the unit in relation to the size of your cross bars. I have a Honda Odyssey with a standard roof rack, and the unit was too long to fit within the crossbars. We ended up removing the rear bar and just attaching the unit to the side and front bars. It worked well and gave us no problems as far as durability and ease of use of straps etc.

Linda Call: Appreciated the ease of attachment to my vehicle. The included slip resistant pad is great. That helped to prevent the items from sliding all over the top of my car. It is strong and durable, however wasn't as water resistant as I had hoped. It definitely is not water tight. Also need to be careful when tightening the straps...nothing is totally indestructible. Overall, it is a bargain for the price, I'm glad to have found this item and able to get it delivered to our location before heading home. It made our travel plans a bit easier knowing we had a little more room in our vehicle.

KotaKota: I bought this because I was planning to go on a camping trip with my friends. The quality is good, scratch-free, and easy to wash. Most importantly it holds plenty of stuff. I put in two small size suitcases, a couple of bags for clothing, shoes, and many other camping supplies. I was really satisfied with how much it can hold.
The installation was easy because the instruction was pretty straightforward. It did not take me long to install even though I am a small person with an SUV.
The roof bag kept our stuff safe and no damage from the heat and rain, I was really happy about that. I was a little worried when I first brought this one because of not much review. Yet, there is no need for concern, cause the quality is really good and it served its purpose fully. I was also worried about the bag will shift around if I put too much stuff. I did some test drives and it did not shift at all.
So, as long as you follow the instruction and install it properly, this product is a nice choice for you!

Shanna Crutchfield: This product has been great so far and I’m really happy I purchased it. I was researching the Thule cargo carrier for my Jeep Cherokee but their prices were high and I was pressed for time on purchasing. Then I found this product. We have only used it once so far, for a 5 hour road trip to Arizona to move my daughter into college, but it held up in high winds, 80mph drive speeds and intermittent rain. Waterproof and reliable like it says. We were able to store 2 fully stuffed duffel bags, a fully loaded gift basket, a small rolling suit case, and multiple smaller bagged items into the carrier. It was as full as we could get it. I will definitely be using it for our future road trips!
