Real Deal:
The Wel-Pac Fueru Wakame (Dried Seaweed) has become a staple in my kitchen, adding a burst of nutrition and flavor to various culinary creations. This pack of two dried seaweed packets offers a nutrient-packed superfood that is versatile and easy to use.
One of the standout features of this product is its natural goodness. Wakame, a type of brown seaweed, is a rich source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, making it a fantastic addition to a health-conscious diet.
The two-ounce pack provides ample dried seaweed, which expands during rehydration, giving me more than enough for multiple dishes.
I love how easy it is to use the dried seaweed. A quick soak in water allows it to rehydrate and become plump and tender, ready to be added to soups, salads, stir-fries, and more.
The quality of the Wel-Pac Fueru Wakame is exceptional. The seaweed retains its natural color, texture, and flavor, even after the drying process.

Andrew C: While I have not yet had a chance to make your comment, it looks excellent. Especially for the cost. Looks like the good stuff I used to use at my restaurant. Looking forward to making some salad with it and I’m sure I will enjoy it. Service was outstanding a perfect Amazon transaction.

DeepSix: I don't have a whole lot of other products to compare to in this category but this seems to be a solid brand. I use it for miso soup and it always seems to produce the right effect and flavor. You are supposed to rehydrate it first, then ditch the water and add it to your soup or whatever you are making. I don't know if it just adds sodium or if that achieves anything but I usually skip that step and I think it adds a little flavor to the miso soup. You could probably use it to make a little seaweed salad but you'd have to make sure to add some kind of flavoring because rehydrated plain it is very boring and tasteless. I usually shop for the cheapest per unit cost for this stuff since I don't think there is a whole lot of variability and this set won at 2 pack of 2 oz bags for $6. Good stuff, reliable and has pretty extreme shelf life since it's dehydrated.
