Gypsyrydr (the O G ): Thank you to the people of Maryland/Virginia/Washington DC. I needed to list all three as they kind all come together at different points and places geographically. It may be possible that each has their own variation of the same sauce by maybe/probably the same vocalized title. Unless you know someone from the region, have spent time there, or live there you have no idea. They do make a mild but I am clueless why ;- ). The flavor is great and goes well with everything from fish to meat and all parts in between. The best is you can control the amount of heat you desire by the amount you apply from the handy squeeze bottle. The flavor is it's own to me and I cannot describe it but to say it is not expensive, just try it !!! If you do not like any kick buy one of each. I promise if you are from another part of the country your friends &/or family will be thanking you for doing so. I usually just cook with it but it can be used just as well as an add on condiment. You will find yourself buying more heat wise or tame wise.
