Amazon Customer: I’ve been huge into hot sauce for a long time. Took a chance from the great reviews. So glad I did. First bottle only last me a couple weeks. I’ve been meal prepping. It makes my boring bland food amazing without the calories and bad stuff. Great flavor! Perfect hot/flavor ratio. On par with other habanero sauces by heat. It would be hot for a novice but mild for a chili head.

Larry L.: I've tried a lot of hot sauces and this is one I keep coming back to, so it must be my favorite! I don't love super-hot hot sauces, I like medium hot. This is a very tasty low-medium hot sauce. Definitely has a kick, but also it has flavor. THe heat is welcome but it doesn't take over the whole experience like a much hotter sauce will do. Very versatile as a result. If you want more heat, you just add more.

Steve: Who would have thought that hot sauce from Oregon would be so good. Nontraditional source, but very traditional flavor. This sauce is just as advertised. The heat is slightly hotter than Frank"s normal hot sauce or Tabasco. I typically like hot sauce that is hotter than Franks, with flavour but also doesn't cause pain as it goes through. This is a perfect addition to your table. As to the price, I don't find it as bad as others have said. Small batch hot sauce makers are usually $7-10 CAD for 250ml bottle. I'll likely order this again.
