KIRK A HILZINGER: As luck would have it, I have 4 lawn chairs of this type and keeping them on the garage floor would tend to get them a bit more dirty and critters would hide inside them. This keeps them off the ground and organized really well.

karley gkarley g: This has helped keep our chairs from laying all over the garage. My 8 year olds can easily reach the bottom two slots to grab a chair when they want one and they can put it back themselves. Easy to hang anywhere.

Aaron ToppingAaron Topping: Important to know - you need your own hardware to mount this. Just be aware.
Since it can be difficult to mount the straps exactly on the studs, if you have things in the way, you may need a backplate board here, like I installed, to mount to the studs, then I just used those cheap garage hooks from any hardware store like Ace, Lowes, Home Depot. Worked great. I would not recommend using drywall anchors as lots and lots of chairs can get very heavy very fast.
For example, all the chairs you see in this picture is probably about 80lbs of weight, and I can fit another 2 or 3 full size large chairs if I need to to be > 100 lbs - you just really don't want that kind of weight on drywall, even with the best anchors.
Overall, great product, exactly what I was looking for, and best of all, it sits flush to the wall. Straps seem VERY GOOD quality and I suspect this is going to last me for a very long time.

Jason: If you're reading this post your probably trying to find out different ways to store those weird shape camp chairs in the garage off the ground. I know cos I was in the same position when looking for a solution. It's very good quality and buy it. You can also store other items as the straps are velcro and adjustable.
