H. T.: I think the headline says it all but I'll try to be more specific.
Pasta sauce: It was my favorite! It was so so so good it could not believe it was zero calories, I had it with konjac noodles and even my sister that never eats diet food liked it. You can add some garlic powder and stock and it tastes even better! You can play a lot with it!

Garlic and herb: It doesn't taste like I thought it was going to taste but it was still pretty good, It tastes more like italian vinagrette but I like that so I was ok with that. I made some "garlic bread" with it and it tasted pretty amazing, I use it for salads and to marinate things.

Alfredo sauce: Hated it, I feel some people might like it but I hated it, the texture was runny like jello that was out of the fridge for too long, the color was very very weird and not white or creamy at all! it doesn't stick to the pasta and the taste it's really fake.Like those products you try and immediately know its a zero calorie product, and it also leaves a very weird after taste

Jillian R.: I’ve started a very strict diet & Walden Farms is on the approved condiments list.

Tasting this straight out the jar it tastes like chunky ketchup… I mean I didn’t hate it & id dip my chicken in it if need be lol but in my opinion you shouldn’t put this straight on an Italian dish right out the jar.

I doctored it with Italian seasoning, pepper, etc & then it resembled true sauce that was worthy of my spaghetti squash & meatballs.

I will purchase again but just know what you’re buying!

dreamerlrz: Just like C. Callousa I keep receiving jars that are not sealed. The lid is on, under the safety wrap, but it is not tight and the safety button on top is popped up. This has happened several times now. The marinara sauce, when it arrives safely, is tasty but very thin. But it’s too expensive to keep tossing because of faulty shipping or packaging at the plant.

C. Callosa: EDIT: Ordered a single replacement marinara sauce and had the SAME issue again as below! Lid was popped and seal broken. Whether it was an Amazon storage issue or a manufacturing defect, I won't be ordering this again until they fix their logistics issues. (Refund was unavailable due to it being a food item.)

I don't think this was a shipping/storage issue as the product was otherwise undamaged, and the plastic wrap on the edge of the lid was intact. This looks to have been a manufacturing issue. Either way, I'm glad I was paying attention when I pulled them down from the shelf as I'm not exactly in the mood for a bout of botulism.

I've enjoyed all three of these Walden sauces before, but they need to get their product design and manufacturing process scheisse together.
