Los: The packaging was well put together and seemed as they handled with care. I don't normally buy fragile items off Amazon because they typically arrive damaged but i couldn't wait and the price was worth the risk. Im glad i did because they look and feel the same as the $100 ones you get at the grow store. As far as how long they last well i don't know yet time will tell. Will update at a later date.

Dav Hale: First I have been using this brand for a few years now. They do what they are supposed to do for at least 3 two month stretches @12/12. So, when I came across the two-pack, I was excited to see the good price for two bulbs. I ordered the bulbs along with two MH bulbs. They arrived before the delivery date, BONUS. However, by the 3rd week into the cycle, I noticed the tent was more yellow than the day before. When I checked the light intensity with my light meter it measured a much lower reading than the last time I checked the light measurement( @ 2 weeks). So, I changed the batteries in the lumen reader and measured again. The same results. So, I figured it was a bunk light, I replaced it with the other new bulb from the pack. The readings from that bulb were good for the rest of that cycle and a week into the next cycle. However, The bulbed only worked for approximately 6 weeks. What a bummer, even though it was a good price both the quality of the bulbs was VERY poor. I coughed up 100 dollars at a local plant shop for a different brand bulb (Superior readings compared to Vivosun bulbs). All in all, I won't be purchasing any more bulbs from this seller or company. L & J BarBay: These bulbs, what's not to like about them if you've used them for a grow or two they continue to generate 85,000 lumens just checked today after seeing a post that someone was still using and going on a year my chin dropped and had to check for myself.
I have been tossing sorry recycling my bulb every 6 months religiously even have it programmed to remind me to order mor at 5 month intervals. But vivosun, I must thank you for bringing to market a bulb that stands the test of time way longer than than I ever expected. I thank you once again for secondly not having to spend double and triple almost on some bulbs that actually gave me flickering issues. I have been using these bulbs the 600s anyway for the past two years and have never had a single issue with them not lighting when I stupidly dropped one from the hood hanging luckily my floors are styrofoam but the point is after cussing myself to pieces wouldn't you know bamb the bulb lit right up and went the full 6 month duration no issues. Now I do consider myself a lucky guy but the credit is really all vivosun. I will never switch brands and all you nay Sayers, I know it sucks to feel you've wasted hard earned money for...
