Jho Fraser: The stand is holding my 65" TCL without any issue, but I think the bolt system that is used to adjust the height of the TV should have a safety mechanism. Only one bolt and pad on each pole prevents the TV from sliding down the poles and possibly crashing to the floor.

Garet Hofer: Ah, the VIVO Mobile TV Cart, a journey of DIY adventure and misadventure! Let me regale you with my quest to assemble this marvel of modern engineering.

Upon receiving the package, I felt a mix of excitement and trepidation, like an intrepid explorer about to tackle the Himalayas armed with power tools. The instruction manual stared at me with its cryptic hieroglyphs, and I realized that this was a task that required more than just my bare hands.

Enter power tools! Forget about a simple screwdriver – I needed the heavy artillery, the ones that make grown men question their masculinity. As I embarked on this noble mission, I realized that without these tools, building the cart would be like fighting a dragon with a toothpick.

And then came the bracket that was supposed to hook onto the poles. Or not. It was a comedy of misalignment, as if the poles were practicing interpretive dance and the bracket was just trying to keep up. There was pushing, there was pulling, there was perhaps a hint of pleading, until finally, through sheer force of will (and a little bit of force of foot), it relented and decided to cooperate.

custcust: I was able to mount the tv myself while the tv was up on the cabinet. Move the bracket to the level where the stand is and your good to lift easily by yourself. I was worried about adjusting the height of the tv up without assistance but it wasn't a problem at all.

I had to move my system in a small corner and did not want put money in for a wall installation. I was worried about titling but everything went beautifully. Well balanced. The legs are short in the back so I can put it up against the wall.

I wish this stand had a second shelf but I feel good about this purchase, a great alternative from wall mounting.

Mikel BerryMikel Berry: We have been wanting to have a TV on the patio for entertainment, for quite a while. We like to throw little get togethers, cook outs and the occasional soiree. We have an extended patio, seating for 16+, two fire pits, a huge grill/smoker combo and great lighting.

It was my idea to permanently mount a TV designed for outdoor use, under the awning. Then, wifey suggested that we put one on a stand. As luck would have it, we attended a party where the host had a TV mounted on a regular stand and put it in the 'VIP tent'. That cinched it. I decided that we would have our 'outdoor' TV on a rolling stand, along with a soundbar and subwoofer. I already have an 'extra' TV. I bought a 55" to go in the garage. The 48" that's in there now will be perfect for this purpose.

After doing some research, I decided on this one from VIVO. It's not the cheapest. It's not the most expensive, either. But, based on it's design and function, it's the best for our intended purpose. Reading the description, I first thought that the uprights were telescopic. But, they are fixed. The height of the TV is adjusted by the mounting rings attached to the uprights. That's fine with me.
