JOHN D: It took about 3 hours for me, to put it together.
Second one, maybe 1/2 hour.
The 2 front casters were locked to the bolt, something went wrong in assembly.
I will not move it far, so the lock will not matter.
The casters work, but the bolt turns as the caster move.
The shelf is too small for a cable video recorder.
I put the PC keyboard on the shelf.
I could make a board that is 18" long and fasten it with the screws, to the bracket.
In this room my video recorder is connected to many other things and is on a table behind the mobile TV stand.
The stand is sturdy and puts my 60" TV about 8 feet, from where I sit.
Now I can see the writing on the screen without having to get up and get closer to the TV.
It will be good when I connect the PC to the TV and can read the print from my chair.
