Tracy: It’s very pretty. I’ve got clematis growing on it but the plastic material and the slats are to wide the clematis can’t cling to the trellis. I had to add chicken wire behind it so that the clematis had something to cling too. Overall I’m happy with it

Carla Marie Hartman: Everything looks fine until I tried to put it together and there were no instructions included but looked pretty self explanatory just incase I thought I'd better print out the instructions from the website; I found the instructions and this trellis is supposed to have 25 white Self -Auguring stainless steel screws.
NOW I have to go find some that are the right length and color im not happy about this so I'm only giving 2 stars for that reason.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I don’t often write a review but I felt this one needed one. After reading countless reviews from other customers I was dreading the day this arrived as everyone complained about the difficulty and length of time to assemble. I’m not sure who these people are or if the design was changed but I assembled by myself in less than a half an hour. My only suggestion is if you want to put 2x4 in the side posts for added support, do it before you begin assembling. I found out after I had it together that I was unable to do this at this stage. However I don’t feel this is necessary, it’s pretty sturdy and well built and huge. Worth the money for sure. I did bury the feet 1 foot down and may anchor it to the house just in cascade. Also, I ordered this on a Thursday afternoon and it was delivered on Tuesday morning, 4 days early.

There were several missing parts including the top caps, 2 cross pieces and all of the hardware. The manufacturer replaced all of the parts at no charge and shipped them quickly. Their service was great and the product is quite nice. I would buy it again, but probably not if it was fulfilled by Amazon.
