Randolph L. Miller: I had 2 bottles and I thought both were defective. Then I decided to place them into a cup of hot water. Not completely covered. I let them sit a while then I tried them again and both worked beautifully. Yes, it was frustrating to have to do that, but I was certainly relieved that they were working. And as far as the benefit from this product. It works just as it says. It can be very dry if I use too much, so I have learned exactly how much I need. I intend to continue ordering this product..... happykono: I've been using with this for about a week now. What I found was that it does what it says it will do. I have bags under my eyes, {I'm almost 75 years old - runs in the family] and to make it work, it took me a few tries to place it where it has the most effect. In my case, not directly on the bags, but a little under the bags. It took at least 80% of the bags and made them disappear. It lasted for 8 to 10 hours. You can feel it working. I put it on in the morning and it last for the day that I'm active. Don't care about the night when asleep. A little fountain of youth that temporary slows down the effects of time.

Amazon Customer: I really was excited to try this, but the pump would not work. After patiently trying, i decided to break the container. The too came off easily enough. I tried it, and am pleased with the results. I did use my Laura Gellar powder in top of it, and it is fine. I found that the container fits nicely inside a prescription pill container, and keeps it fresh.

Maria H. Roy: Maybe this product works for some people, but it was an awful experience for me. I put a tiny amount under each eye for my under eye crepey skin. As it started to dry, it pulled my lower lids down exposing my inner lower lid! It was freaky! I washed my face twice to get it all off and there was redness even though I only had it on for about 5 minutes. If people want to try it, get a sample first!

Betty Wood: I put some of the product on my ring finger and tapped the area under my eyes, the inside of the eyes and sides of nose.
It tightened the skin within 3 minutes and continued to tighten the under eye area.
It is still tight at 4.5 hours.
Very obvious reaction and positive results.
