VINTAR International Power Adaptor: 2-Pack European Travel Plug Adapter

Steve the Tool Guy: I bought these travel adapters while traveling to Europe on a long-term project. These are pass-through plug adapters (not step-down transformers) but have worked great for my computers, including a power-hungry Dell Precision laptop that uses a power supply that weighs more than some notebook computers. The two-pack allows me to keep one plugged in next to the bed in my hotel room while the other travels back and forth to the office. The USB ports keep my phone and headset charged. They're also compact and pack easily. The only thing I could wish for would have been a nice carry case instead of the OEM cardboard box that is starting to fall apart.

Rob: We love to cruise, but there are rarely enough outlets in the cabins and we have found ourselves bringing more and more electronics that need a USB port for charging (shocking, right??). Additionally, since all cruise ships are built for sailing anywhere in the world, the cabins all have some outlets that are European and have been worthless to us. So I decided I would find USB charging adapters that would plug into a European outlet and I came up with these! Not only did they have a pair of USB charging ports, but they had a standard American outlet as well for a reasonable price. They have proved themselves to be pretty much indispensable now and we take them on every cruise! Highly recommend!

waxwing: I was really stressed as to how to charge my phone and tablet while on a short holiday in the UK. This purchase turned out taking a load of my back. I bought the two pack so I could give one to my traveling companion who really appreciated it.

It's simply "plug and play"!

Very happy with my purchase and will probably end up loaning them out to friends traveling to the UK who are on a tight budget.
