Ms.Shopaholic: The watch is nice and solid. It has a beautiful design. The blue inside is very vibrant. I gave this as a gift in 2017 and it is still going strong in 2019. I would say it is fairly durable.
It loses a star for the following reasons. The door seems weak which makes me fear it will break. The chain feels super cheap im comparison to the watch itself which looks decent in quality.

Michael Rettus: My 8yo saw a pocketwatch in a movie and thought it was 'awesome cool' so I decided to shop for one. He has never remotely experienced a timepiece that was entirely mechanical driven, no need to recharge. The glass front and pack allows him to see the flywheel spinning and all the cogs and gears. Only drawback is the face and numbers are colored the same, as well as the hands, so can be hard to read in anything but optimal light. Regardless, the cobalt blue is his favorite color and he loves it.

The watch is also very weight, color is so pretty. It really looks like hand-made! I am so thrilled and replace my old one at once! It is the most valuable pocket I have ever had! No kidding! Now I can't wait to show it off to my friends! Overall is very good, so worth buying it!!
