Carlo: Queste carte sono magnifiche e veramente ben fatte. Hanno tutti i simboli, e, per chi ha familiarità con le sibille tradizionali, sono intuitive come pochi altri mazzi. Si nota che l'ideatore e artista che le ha create conosce molto bene la cartomanzia e i significati tradizionali della Vera Sibilla e delle Lenormand, che è riuscito a condensare e riassumere nelle immagini nel migliore dei modi. Questa versione però, pur condividendo molti simboli con i mazzi tradizionali, è fondamentalmente un mazzo a sé, una reinterpretazione. In realtà una visione/versione personale delle Kipperkarten. Rispetto alle sibille, presenta alcune aggiunte, diverse modifiche e alcune rimozioni.
Gli unici simboli mancanti, che a mio parere rendono il mazzo incompleto, sono delle carte che esprimano il concetto di religione ed esoterismo. Ci sarebbe la carta degli Orizzonti Distanti, che può fare da base, ma mancano delle carte specifiche che chiariscano la tematica (propongo l'aggiunta del Sacerdote e della Curandera). Per il resto sono perfette!
Peccato non esista una versione italiana. Ho dovuto attendere 16 giorni per averlo, in quanto mi è stato spedito dal New Jersey.

travler: I like Marchetti's work, and I like oracle decks. I knew the Kipper type decks were narrower in focus than the Lenormand, but I'm getting the Gilded Reverie Lenormand to go with it. I use these decks for storytelling. works for me.

Maria Rosaria: Le carte sono di buona qualità. Vengono recapitate con dentro una scatola di cartone resistente. Sono facili e maneggevoli da mischiare. Le parole oracolari di facile traduzione. Adatte anche per una lettura di tipo intuitivo

BarbB9: I was very excited to see another oracle deck by one of my favorite tarot artists, Ciro Marchetti. I have spent a considerable amount of time working with his "Gilded Reverie Lenormand". As someone who grew up in an environment where the women read fortunes (old-school) with a regular deck of playing cards, these minimalist type of decks are right up my alley. I can see where they (my mother and aunts) got some of their inspiration from (probably the "Gypsy Witch" fortunetelling cards and Lenormand-type decks).

When I say minimalist, I don't detract from Ciro's artwork at all. The Kipper deck, like all of Marchetti's decks, is beautifully, thoughtfully illustrated. Whether you are looking at character-oriented cards (such as: Main Female, Mature Man, False Person, or Privileged Lady) or cards such as Lovers, House, Change, Sudden Wealth, Bad Health, or Coffin) the graphics effectively depict the depth of the meaning behind the one or two words on the cards. After a brief period of time working with this deck, the studious reader will not need to rely on the book to interpret these cards.
