Grover Unlimited: If you carry a edc knife every day. Then when you travel by plane and can’t carry a edc knife, this is a great substitute. I travel a lot and my first trip with the Jetstter was from the US to Paris then to Scotland. I had no issues going through TSA with this in my carryon bag. I used it at least a dozen times or more on my trip.
Love this little thing. My wife thinks I’m crazy because the whole trip, I kept saying this little thing is fantastic.

Kindle Customer: I normally carry the Victorinox Classic but with a small blade it is not TSA compliant. I was planning a trip to South Korea and bought the Jetsetter due to its claim of being TSA compliant. And it was. I got through the US airport TSA security with no issues. The Jetsetter worked fine and came in handy a couple times while I was in Korea.

Unfortunately, on the return trip South Korean security authorities would not allow it on the plane so I had to leave it. The jetsetter apparently looks too much like the classic for Korean authorities. The security person actually pointed to a Classic as to why it wasn't allowed. I could have argued about the difference, but I learned a long time ago not to argue with security forces in a foreign country - you will lose.

This tool is TSA compliant and is an excellent choice for domestic US travel. This is just a warning you may have difficulties with international travel. Some countries may allow the tool on the plane, but South Korea didn't.

Patrick: I have bought and used several versions of the Swiss Army knives. There are plenty of reviews that cover the pros and cons of specific versions of the Swiss Army knives (SAK), so I thought what I would do in my review is cover some of the things I like (or don't like) about the different versions in case anyone is like me and trying decide WHICH SAK they want to by. I did a lot of research before I bought any of the versions and then, of course, personally tried out different versions. So, I thought I would share my experience and what I like and don't like.

Naturally, when it comes to which SAK to buy, there are fundamental choices to be made about what size of SAK you want as well as what functionality. Obviously, that can be personal preference. So, while I'm not going to list the features of each type of SAK, I'll talk about why I like particular knives (or don't) comparing their feature based on my preferences. I think I'm probably fairly "typical", but if you have different preferences your opinions won't necessarily match mine, of course.

I've divided my review up into "small", "medium", "medium plus", and large SAKs.

R. Freeman: Very small, nice little tool. Only thing better would be to make the screwdriver a tiny flathead instead. Stories circulating that TSA confiscates anyway at times... we shall see.
