MSch: I love that the visor that is magnetic and slips off and on easily but I wish the magnets were just a bit stronger. It rattles a bit when riding on rough surfaces. The helmet itself is quite comfortable

Kindle Customer: I was in the market for a new helmet with a built in, rechargeable light and a good visor, and this VICTGOAL fit the bill perfectly. The light is big and bright (but not blindingly so), and is visible even in daytime. It's got three settings—steady, blinking, and "breathing"—but I usually just use the steady-on setting since I already have a blinker on my bike. The visor itself is huge. It may be too big for some people, but I'm not a sun worshipper, so the more shade for me, the better. It's very handsome without the visor, but I almost always have it on. No problems yet attaching and detaching the visor, but I've been very careful. A bonus for me is the magnetic goggles. Since I wear eyeglasses, it's nice being able to jump on the bike without having to put my contacts on so I can wear sunglasses. I bought an extra, yellow tinted one, and it really does a great job increasing contrast (especially in low light) to make everything clearer. The goggles do rattle a *little* bit if you shake your head or go over a huge bump. Not terribly annoying, but I'll probably try to tape the magnets down or something.

L. Enos: For ~$40 delivered, this helmet provides good value.

PROs:
* Comfortable
*Rotate-To-Adjust ratcheting system for quick and secure fit
*Convenient magnetic visor included (tinted), which can also be swapped for clear visor and a yellow visor (sold separately)
*Rechargeable red LED light on the back of the helmet is an easily removable component, if/as needed
*Bright colors, evenly painted
*No burrs or dents in the plastic molded areas
*Secure chin strap with sufficient adjustment for any adult's head/jaw

CONs:
1) The visor is easily smudged, scuffed, and scratched. Don't use a cotton T-shirt to clean it.... use a proper microfiber cloth instead, to avoid micro-scratches
2) Replacement cost of additional visors seems slightly expensive for non-polarized plastic (~$10)
3) The dark plastic bill/shade is difficult to remove from the helmet once clipped in, so I opted not to install mine and instead only use the helmet and visor.

Oldbill44: This helmet is comfortable, easy to fit, both the visor and lens snap into place. The lens rattled a little on my first ride so a placed some insulating tape between the magnets and solved the problem. The rear light is not very bright for daylight use, but won't bother cyclists behind you. It still had power after a 4 hr. ride. The lens is a bit low, but with the helmet snugly fit, could be worn over my glasses. The light gray reduces the glare without blinding me in darker shadows. I bought the white color to be more visible as I'm often riding neighborhood streets. Against the manufacturer's recommendation, I easily attached a small rear view mirror to the visor, enabling observation of trailing cars and cycles on roads and bike paths. Price is very reasonable, would expect to replace it after a serious crash. (probably necessary with a very expensive helmet, too)
