Ashley: When I was grooming, we used this stuff all the time. Now that I'm not grooming, I still use it. It's great for cleaning gunky ears.

aegirlala: The vet treated my kitten’s ear mites with medical drops, but it didn't work that well. So I searched on Amazon and got this! After a couple of daily use, I already noticed the difference. Though my vet said he never used this and I should not have washed my kitten’s ears with it, I still believe it is excellent. Now I'm using it for all my cats after a bath.
If there is anything to improve, I guess it would be the smell. It is not bad but not pleasant either.

Jonathan M.Jonathan M.: I've tried several different products to clean my 90lb Labradane's ears as he is prone to ear infections and wax build-up. NOTHING worked nearly as well as this product. It took awhile to get my dog used to this product as it does have a medical-sanitary smell, but now he's fine with it and tolerates the ear cleaning. I used to apply this product to those flat cotton make-up removal pads and then use those to rub out the wax, but that didn't work as well as pouring the solution directly into the ear canal, massaging the ear/ear flap for 30-seconds, and then using the cotton pads to wipe out the dissolved wax. This product works, truly. Even though my dog dislikes the ear cleaning, like I said, he tolerates it and seems happier after the cleaning is done (when I give him a treat). I just ordered a second bottle!
