C. Gray: I like these very much. I have Raynaud's Syndrome in my feet and hands which can be painful when they are cold. I bought these to use when I am not needing my slippers or shoes, but still need to keep my feet/toes warm during the cold months. These slipper socks are perfect while wrapped up in a blanket in my big chair or on my couch. They are easy to put on my feet for my quick run to the kitchen in the morning for my first cup of tea/coffee. I have washed and air dried them a few times and they seem well made enough to last a while. I will be purchasing more in different colors to match whatever pajamas I am wearing - tee hee.

Mel: They're like wrapping a cloud around my foot, with one exception: the very annoying toe seam is the only thing that keeps me from a 5 star review. They are just warm enough for wearing around the house, the opening is exactly wide enough to cover most of the foot without suffocating the ankle, and the soles are completely flexible (I hate stiff soles). I still like these, but I can't wear them if I'm having a bad sensory day.

JLG: First, they run small. I got the largest size and my toes push against the top inseam. I wear a 9, so these should have fit per the size chart.
Second, they are incredibly soft and comfortable (if you can ignore the size issue). Keeping my feet pretty warm.
Third, I’ve seen questions about buying them for older folks to walk around the house in. I would not recommend that. They have zero support - as described - but despite the non-slip tabs (which feel will wear down relatively quickly) I don’t see them as being safe for someone with fall issues or who use walkers.
EDIT: In the plus column I forgot to mention that these sit low on the foot. Meaning there is no tightness around the ankle that cuts off your circulation like traditional slipper or “fuzzy” socks.

Noelle C: The inside of the slippers is very soft and cozy. I was worried they would make my feet hot, but they provide just the right amount of warmth. There are only 2 issues:
1. After reading other reviews, I sized up, and I'm glad I did. They are not too big at all.
2. The inside seam at the toes is not covered in fluff and it's pretty annoying, I can feel it any time I move my toes or walk. It's not noticeable if I'm just sitting with my feet up.
In all, they are comfortable, but I wish they had covered the seams with the same material that is on the rest of the inside of the slippers.

J. A. Brown: I wouldn't call these particularly "thick and warm"--definitely not thick, but warm enough....And, when they aren't warm enough to battle a real cold snap, they are stretchy enough to accomodate thick socks. The stretch is great, as they fit any width foot (and my feet are quite wide!). I not only wear a pair, but I have a basket of multiple sizes by my front door for guests to use when they enter the house with wet or snowy boots or shoes; the slipper sizes are true to size. Good product--just don't lean too hard on the "thick" claim.
