flixxstaa: I've bought this kit twice. The first time the product was really good. The product has now changed and it doesn't work at all. I've tried to pern my lashes twice with the new kit and I get hardly any lift at all. I'm so disappointed as the first kit I got gave me really good results. I won't buy it again.

Justus: I bought this to use to laminate my eyebrows at home upon recommendation of a coworker. It works well but definitely not salon quality! Not bad for a DIY lamination if you have the patience to work with it since it is intended for lashes.

Kayla: I have done my own lash lift before, so I came into this, knowing what I would have to do. That being said, with a number of reviews there were, and how high of a rating this had, I did expect all parts of the kit to work better than they did. The reviews about the glue are no joke, I did do my lash lift with the provided glue, and it worked 70% on one eye, and not at all on the other. I wanted to give this a chance with the items provided, and the glue definitely failed. Next time I do this, if I don’t buy a different kit in the meantime, I’m just going to use my eyelash glue to hold the pad down. I used the under eye pads to hold down my lower lashes per the directions, but I really don’t know that that was necessary. If anything it aggravated my eyes more, and the pad wasn’t even touching my waterline but my eyes were so irritated. I actually took them off and use them to hold down the eyelash pads.
Directions were super easy to follow, I just wish that the glue included actually worked. I feel like my results are subpar, but I still saved some of the money I would’ve spent having to go to a salon to get this done.

Traci: I bought this to use on myself, the under eye pads were so annoying I couldn’t use them. Just having it on my face so close to my eye made my eyes water. I felt like I didn’t need them though.
The lift pads were difficult to get to stick at the corners onto my skin, they kept lifting. They’re just a little too stiff that I couldn’t get them to bend and stay with the glue provided.
My lashes are long but very straight, o had to use a lot of glue and re-glue several times throughout. Getting them to stay glue on the lift pad was hard.
Being my first time doing it on myself those were my challenges but the second time I did them a few weeks later was much easier.
The product was a thicker consistency which I liked because I didn’t have to worry about it running into my eyes since they were slightly opened. I was able to do both eyes at the same time because there was very minimal fumes so my eyes were not bothered at all.
I did 12 mins total for both perm and neutralizer steps with plastic wrap placed onto the lashes only while leaving it lifted up not sitting on my skin so my eye ball had air.

After writing this review I was contacted by an employee who apologized for the faulty product I had received. They offered to provide me another kit for free, or to reimburse me. Given I had struggled so much the first time, I declined the offer of the kit.
I do believe that I had just received improper pads and adhesive. I am happy someone got back to me quickly and tried to make things right.

I really was excited to try this, I have straight medium length lashes that look great with mascara, but I'm trying to stop wearing makeup as often. I've been looking at this kit for a while now.

First issue: I had 3 size M eye pads and only 1 size M1 eyepad.
All the eyepads seemed to be very close in size, I first went with the small since it seemed to fit. I waited for the glue to get tacky, like the reviews recommended. Once I put it on my eye, the corners wouldnt stick. I tried a size medium and had my boyfriend help, but I had the same issue.
