Only thing that took a bit of getting used to was the straps that hold the sides up over the doors, (my dogs like to ride hanging out the window and they tend to get tangled in the upright strap). Protects seat and door panels great though. Money well spent.

honeyma: Purchased this seat protector for my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee over 2 years ago. I take my buddy, Curly, 75 pound Goldendoodle with me everywhere. This seat cover has held up, and still going strong!! I bought this as a replacement for a seat protector cover that started falling apart after 4-5 months.

Stefan: This is the second one of these we have purchased(one for each vehicle). Been using the first one for about a year. Easy install, secure, and we love the upfront vent/mesh section, so our little pup pup can get the air directly from the vents in the back blowing on him, and it makes it easier for him to see us. Once it gets dirty we just take it out and throw it in the washer and dryer. Done that about 7-8 times. So far no tears or issues. The fabric is still tight as day one. We can confirm the product is waterproof. Our little puppers has had a few accidents, and it stays in the cover and has never leaked through. Love the little velcro cut outs for the seatbelt attachment. Vacumns up easily too! If you have an SUV or crossover get the xlarge version, and its perfect(we have a jeep grand cherokee). Standard size fits our cadillac cts perfectly aslo!

Amazon Customer: Bought the XL size for my SUV. Fits well, except my overhead handles are forward, not centered, so the hammock straps don’t fit like the product photo shows. I bought this because I needed to replace a different dog seat cover that didn’t have zip up sides for door protection. That’s nice feature in this model and a must for my curious pup. The front mesh viewing window with zipper is also nice. I leave it unzipped and my mini doodle jumps into the SUV and wiggles through the unzipped window to get to the bench seat. Otherwise, I have to lift her into the hammock or unzip the sides for entry. I wish the bottom of the hammock was more rigid. It’s soft like a thin blanket. The other model I have has a plastic layer between the fabric which is sturdier on the bench seat and seems better for water proofing. I had to place a 60” bath rug in it after I set it up just for peace of mind for water proof purposes. The seats are fabric underneath and I’m not taking any chances. Overall it’s a good set up, but the zippers are flimsy and I’m sure as soon as my younger puppy puts her weight on it the zippers will eventually give and I’ll end up having to buy a new one, but it...

GraceGrace: I have a 17-pound terrier (see image) who is an absolute terror in the car. Before I got this he wouldn't sit still and kept walking around the front and back, including on my lap. My final straw was when he somehow managed to change my car into neutral while I was driving. It was at that point that I decided I needed a doggy hammock and I looked at soooo many on Amazon. Eventually I ended up picking this one and am really glad that I did.

Pros:
- Easy to install. This is very easy to both install and uninstall as needed. Everything is a clip and easy to use.
- Secure. It has 4 over headrest straps, 2 straps for the handles, and 2 anchors that slide in between the seat cushions. In particular, I really like the anchors, not all the doggy hammocks I looked at had these and I love them.
- Comes with doggy seatbelt. This has a seatbelt clip on one end and a leash clip on the other. It stays very securely attached. I attach it to my dogs harness every time we go anywhere. This way I don't have to worry about him jumping around the car or out the window.
- Easy to clean. Most of the time I can just take it out and dump/dust it out and then put it back in. I have also...

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: As you can see in the photo it’s full of holes from the stitching when manufacturing and you can see through the holes, and is not waterproof. I poured water on it and right away was leaking through. The plastic buckles feel really cheap, and in the other photo you can see the flimsy seat anchors are not as shown in the advertised photo. The seat cover is garbage and not at all as advertised. Have to return it and not even close to worth the money. Don’t recommend.

Me ha funcionado muy bien para mantener más limpios los asientos del carro y se limpia fácil con un trapo húmedo, tiene unas manijas que se meten entre los asientos y así el protector no se mueve y es útil si tu perro es muy inquieto.

ianablackianablack: Compré 2 de estos, uno para el carro de mi esposo y otro para el mío. Tenemos una labrador enorme. Mi esposo había estado usando uno de hamaca que se terminó por romper. El de hamaca quedaba más estirado en el carro, pero tenía los hoyos para meter los cinturones de seguridad eternamente abiertos y por ahí se iban un montón de pelos. Este trae velcro para mantenerlo cerrado si no se usa el cinturón de seguridad y eso hace que mantenga los asientos más limpios que el que teníamos antes.
No queda perfectamente estirado, pero lo acomodo cada que se va a subir mi perro. Probablemente esto pueda ser un problema para algunas personas, pero como el pelo de mi perro no se pega a las telas (es chiquito, lacio y duro y más bien va saltando en vez de quedarse pegado) prefiero que no esté 100% estirado y que cada vez que se mueva, el pelo salte por todos lados. Sólo lo acomodo cada vez que se va a subir y ya no tengo problema. La verdad es que mantiene el asiento mucho más limpio que el otro que teníamos. No puedo valorar muy bien la parte de impermeable porque mi perro no se sube al carro mojada, pero al menos funciona lo suficiente para proteger cuando trae las patas...

Honest Canadian OpinionHonest Canadian Opinion: I recently ordered this Dog Hammock for our Tesla Model Y after purchasing many from local pet stores that were not fitting the car properly.

So far, so good. It fits the CUV sized back seat well. I loosened the loops around the driver and passenger headrest to keep the loops on the back seat tight so the hammock doesn't ride down with the dogs movement. He likes to sit against the back seat. The antislip feature seems like it works well. The mesh on the front allows the backseat to receive air movement which is nice, and provides a view to the backseat well. I really like the zipper on the side flaps to keep the door protected.

The package arrived missing two pieces - the straps to hold the side flaps up. I emailed the company and they provided a very quick response and confirmed they would send the missing pieces to the address we will arrive to in Ontario. Good customer service. Will update the review once these are received and how they function for the hammock.

The hammock seems quite durable. The material is not too thin. It did smell quite bad when I first inserted it. I used some sage in the car and the smell isn't an issue anymore.
