Mama Hawk: This backpack is the best! It has sooo many pockets and keeps all my 4-year old’s things effectively organized.

The only con of this bag is the smell, like others have mentioned. Another review is hilarious describing the putrid smell this bag arrives in, but I was hopeful our Texas summer heat would remove it and it did.

I left the backpack on our backyard table with all the pockets open and aired it out for one full day. It worked (to a point) to remove the grossness of the smell, and all that is left is an average leather smell now.

I’ll update this review over time if I find dissatisfaction somewhere. Otherwise, no news is good news, and if I haven’t updated this, then I’m one happy customer.

Amazon Customer: I ordered the Leopard Print Convertible Back pack. The bag is absolutely beautiful!! It is exactly as pictured. I bought the bag to use as a work bag and I am looking forward to using it. I gave 4 stars because I am disappointed how it arrived. The bag came rolled up and wrapped in its dust cover. It was then place in a very cheap plastic bag and taped shut. It was not in a box. I unwrapped the purse and opened the purse and there was a foul odor inside the bag. Also, because of the bag being rolled up, I had to shape the bag. I had to put one of my shoes at the bottom of the bag to get the bottom the bag to stay shaped. The next day I put the bag outside for several hours and the smell did go away. I have no idea what the smell was. Wherever this bag came from, more care should be taken to pack it for shipment. I expect every item I purchase online to be packaged appropriately. These bags are reasonably priced and are very nice. This is the second one I purchased. The first one ( Kaki Color) arrived in a box, wrapped nice. It had no smell what so ever!! I have received many compliments on the first bag I purchased and highly recommend them! Adriana: Me sorprendió la calidad del producto, se nota especialmente en los cierres de la bolsa.
Lo único que puedo decir hasta el momento es que si tiene un olor peculiar sobre todo dentro de la bolsa y los compartimientos.
Creo que es debido al tratamiento por ser piel eco-friendly, hay una etiqueta con instrucciones a considerar para el cuidado de la bolsa y recomiendan dejarla en un lugar ventilado y seco para disipar el olor.
Lo que intenté también fue ponerle hojas de suavizante para acelerar y remover el olor, si ha ayudado.

J. Wright: This purse is exceptionally amazing. When I carry a backpack purse, it is usually for travel, days at an amusement park, etc....any time I want to be carrying more than a normal purse would carry. I bought it for a trip to Washington, DC, where I would be walking all day, in and out of museums, and riding the metro train everywhere. I knew I would need to carry at least two 32 oz water bottles, snacks, two pairs of glasses, emergency kit, hand sanitizer and wet wipes (this was just two days before the pandemic hit DC), and would be carrying souvenirs and maps that we would collect through the day. I needed a big sturdy backpack, and this worked perfectly. The straps held up beautifully, and the pockets were in convenient places. The zippers were great. If I was concerned about someone getting into my purse, I could have secured it. It held up in the rain and was easy to take through security. It's one of the best backpack purses I've ever owned and the price was just right.

HOWEVER.....

The purse has this stench...I can't even describe it. It's what I imagine a heavily industrial city in China to smell like, plus its sewer system, plus something that is so putrid,...
