Really convenient to use, no complaints at all, battery lasts a good while. We usually charge it after dispensing 7 or 8 gal of use. Has an automatic shut off after x amount of time (usually after filling up my dogs water dish to 3/4)

Super simple to use, its no rocket science. Press the button to turn on/off, the water speed is pretty reasonable. Highly recommend to but your gallon up somewhere thats chest level for better use. When it won’t turn on, it needs charge and it takes approximately an hour or so to fully charge, once the red light turns off it’s good to go. Other than that. I love it. Comes in handy.

I bought this back in 2021 and still use it daily. It's substantially easier to use and less mess than the dispensers that we used to have to flip over the 5 gal jug into. It's also substantially easier to use than the refrigerator jugs that you have to refill consistently. I have a busy schedule and live on the 3rd floor of an apartment. The less hassle/the less refills for me, the better.
This absolutely achieves that. It is rechargeable. It turns red when you use it, and blue when it's charging. All you need to do it plug it in, put it in the 5 gal jug, and you're done. You only need to press the button when you use it. You believe you might be able to use it without it plugged in, but I never have out of preference. It's always within reach of an outlet, so I just keep it plugged in. It's quick to dispense water. I've not once had an issue with using this water dispenser, and I've had it now for 2 years. I'm beyond impressed and I'll never go back.
I know some people also use the pump-action dispensers, but that's more work than I feel is necessary. This gets the job done quickly without the extra hassle for you.

After reading some of the reviews. I agree that this was an awesome device when it worked. I owned this pump for 1 year and 2 months. It worked well until today. I turned it on, and then it would not turn off. I had to quickly yank it off the tube so that it didn’t waste all my water. I waited a few minutes hoping it would peter itself out, but it didn’t. Since the pump has a really loud and annoying sound, I finally had to pound on the power button until it did. Now the device is useless. Oh well, it had an good run. I will be ordering it again but I’ll try another brand.

* Long battery life: The battery only needed to be charged once a month. I live by myself so it would probably need to be charged more often in a larger household.

Love this device as it saves money and is cost-effective and convenient. Purchased for a workplace
where distilled water is required, a 20 litre jug of water for $5 (CDN) can be purchased and dispensed right from the bottle rather than spending than spending $4 for a 4 litre jug.
It also works well for for science lab use, and for easily filling devices that require distilled water such as CPAP machines. Water comes out in a steady steam without splashing, as it can from a jug. The charge lasts a long time, and it's easy to plug in to recharge. No batteries required!
Of course it's not just for distilled water. Any water can be dispensed! This pump is great for encouraging kids to drink more water. Many kids find it a fun way to be able to fill their own cups and water bottles, and there's no drips or mess.
This pump pops on and off bottles quite easily and can be taken anywhere. Great for camping, etc.

Very very useful product if ur getting 20l water cans.. I would definitely recommend this product.. A single charge can be used for over a week. The water flow gets automatically stopped guess after a min, which is a good feature..

I've had the hand pump style in the past which works well until there's less water to keep the bottle on the floor as you pump. This batter-powered pump is far superior and easier to use. I recommend this unit.
